Welcome to Wellness and Clarity Connection
Therapy Rooted in Depth and Intention
At Wellness and Clarity Connection, we offer a private, thoughtfully held therapeutic space where you can slow down, reflect, and feel deeply understood. Therapy is a collaborative and depth-oriented process in which we work together to clarify your goals, build on your strengths, and support meaningful, sustained change.
Our approach is thoughtfully integrative and highly individualized. Rather than relying on a single modality, we draw from a range of evidence-based treatments, carefully selected and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Central to this work is a strong, attuned therapeutic relationship—because lasting change emerges within an environment of safety, trust, and consistency.
Dr. Vázquez works with individuals navigating high-pressure careers, identity transitions, and the emotional complexity of major life stages, including the transition to parenthood. Treatment is designed for clients seeking focused, depth-oriented psychotherapy that is both reflective and clinically precise.
Virtual Therapy
Wellness and Clarity Connection provides secure, confidential telehealth services through a HIPAA-compliant platform, making it easier to prioritize your mental health without disrupting your daily life. Sessions can be accessed from the comfort of your home, office, or other private location using your computer, tablet, or phone.
Research has consistently shown that telehealth psychotherapy is as effective as in-person treatment for many mental health concerns. The flexibility of virtual care also makes it easier to maintain consistency in treatment, particularly for individuals balancing demanding careers, family responsibilities, or frequent travel.
Psychotherapy services are available to individuals who are physically located in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut at the time of each session. Telehealth services are also available to individuals located in Florida, in accordance with Florida telehealth regulations.
